Why is Yukimura hanging out with Fuji?
They became good friends/plotting buddies in which they're trying to get their respective semes to notice them (read: they're seducing their semes). Also it's because I noticed how SIMILAR they are. They both like plants/botanicals (Fuji's cacti, Yuki's garden), they both like a form of art, they're both sneaky (Fuji is a given, see Yuki and Fuji's convo in RabuPuri), they're both mysterious, and they're both so PRETTY (ok yes that was superficial but it's TRUE)!

Why are they dressed up in girl fuku?
This is Phase One of their top secret operation. Considering how busy/dense their semes are, they decided to get their attention with something as outrageous and eye-catching as two boys in skirts. Wouldn't YOU take notice if you see two pretty boys strutting around in skirts?

Where are they going?
They're going to meet their semes, Tezuka and Sanada respectively for a rabu rabu double date at the amusement park. Only their semes don't know that it's a DATE. >D Imagine their surprise when they see their teammates wearing school girl fuku asking them to go on a double date...

I messed up on Fuji's fuku...I didn't use a reference for Seigaku's girl uniform until it was too late... so yah. Rikkai's I just winged because I don't know what it looks like. I just used a cross between the guy's uniform and Hyotei's girl uniform.
